To help us answer quickly, please include the game name, your device model and Android/iOS version, and for purchase issues the order number from your receipt (Google Play order numbers start with "GPA.").

Response Times

We respond to all support inquiries within 3 business days (Monday to Friday).

Refunds and Cancellations

You can always contact us at [email protected] with questions about refunds and cancellations of in-app purchases. We review every request and reply within the response times above.

• Google Play: Within 48 hours of a purchase you can request a refund directly from Google Play (see Google Play refund policies). After 48 hours, or if you are not sure what to do, email us with your order number. We review each request and, where appropriate, issue the refund through Google Play.
• App Store: Purchases made on iPhone or iPad are billed by Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We are still happy to help with any purchase problem in the game.
• Huawei AppGallery: Refunds for purchases made through AppGallery follow Huawei's refund policy. Contact us and we will help you with your request.
• Purchase not received: If you were charged but did not receive your item, email us with the order number and we will deliver the item or refund the purchase.
• Subscriptions: If you have purchased a subscription, you can cancel it at any time in Google Play > Payments & subscriptions, or on iOS in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions. The subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period.
